If you crave a salad, but you don't have too many ingredients in the house, you can opt for a simple recipe, such as mushroom salad and eggs.

200 g mushrooms

4 eggs

100 g of parmesan

1 onion

1 carrot

1 celery

2-3 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons vinegar


Method of preparation

Clean the mushrooms well, wash them and put them in boiling water with salt and vinegar, about 15 minutes. After they are boiled, remove and cut into small pieces, then let them drain. Boil hard eggs, then cut into slices or smaller pieces. Give the parmesan, carrot and celery a grill.

Mix well the mushrooms with the eggs, part of the parmesan, onion, carrot and celery, then pour over the composition and a little oil and some of the juice in which the mushrooms were boiled. Season with salt and mix well again.
