The strawberry frappe is very refreshing and is the ideal way to cool your hot summer afternoons. This delicious drink can be prepared even with other fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.
80 g raw cashew nuts
200 ml milk (soy milk)
1 frozen banana
150 g strawberry
Method of preparation
Put the peanuts and half of the milk in a blender, then pass everything until you get a homogeneous composition.
Cut the banana into pieces, wash the strawberries, clean the cod and cut them into cubes.
Add all these ingredients to the previous composition, mix again and you will get the strawberry frappe.
Serve the frappe with ice cubes or even a cup of vanilla ice cream inside.
