The acacia blossom sweetness is very aromatic and does not prepare too hard.
500 g of acacia flowers
1 l of water
1 kg old
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
Boil the water with the sugar, until you get a thick syrup, add the vanilla sugar, then put the washed flowers, without cod. Add the juice from a lemon.
Allow the cake to boil until it binds, about 45 minutes, making the sample with a drop in water.
Spoon sweet into sterilized jars, then seal them tightly and leave to cool. Put the sweetness in a cool and well-ventilated room.
The sweet is kept for 3 years, without any problem.
You can get a much more aromatic sweetness if you choose to put a little ginger.
