Bread with olives is much tastier compared to ordinary bread and it is not very difficult to prepare.


Preparation time

180 minutes




1/2 kg flour

400 ml of warm water

15 g fresh yeast

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

100 g olives, without seeds

Method of preparation

Put the flour in a bowl, then make a hole in the middle of it. Rub the yeast with honey and warm water, then pour everything in the middle of the flour tower. Mix everything with a wooden spoon, then incorporate the finely chopped olives.

Cover the jar with a plastic wrap and leave the dough to stand for an hour and a half. Spread the dough on a very fine powdered surface, then place it in a heat-resistant pot and bake at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes upright, to keep the crusty crust.
