- 3 - 4 potatoes;
- a small bowl of butter;
- a little cinnamon;
Wash the potatoes well, then bake. I use a baking tray in which I put baking paper.
After the potatoes have been baked well (it is preferable for them to be "too ripe" than insufficiently baked), they are cleaned with the peel, passed with a fork (the potato passed to the blender becomes sticky) and the butter and cinnamon are added.
Sweet potatoes can be used for this recipe.
